Registration
Hello. Please fill out the registration form below. If you don't get an e-mail response back thanking you with a couple days, that means the form didn't work. If that's the case, please send an e-mail to Eric at byline302@yahoo.com to let us know you want to play.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COLECO TOURNAMENT: If you'd like to play in the Coleco U.S. Open, please add a note in the "questions and comments" portion of the registration form. Thank you, Eric
If the form does not work, please send your info to
byline302@yahoo.com
What's next?:
Pressing "register" will send an e-mail to
tournament organizers and get you on the player list.
Please review the descriptions below for the various entry fees. Locate
the entry fee that corresponds to your circumstances.
Next step is to please mail the appropriate entry fee by check or money
order to Jim Rzonca, 12120 Hillcrest Drive, Lemont, IL 60439 USA. Or send
your entry fee via PayPal using Jim's e-mail address of jrzonca@hotmail.com. If you pay at the door or after July 20, 2010...the cost will be an additional $15 late entry fee.
Registration fees for the STIGA and COLECO US OPENS:
We're pleased to announce that this year we've held the line on entry fees after cutting last year's fee for returning Stiga players by about 10 percent. We understand that money is tight for most these days and we wanted to go the extra mile to continue to serve the table hockey community.
The entry fee to play in the Stiga U.S. Open for returning players is $50.
For Stiga first-time players (meaning you haven't played in a sanctioned USTHA/CTHA event or similar event in Europe), the fee is $25 this year.
Kids 14 and under are $20.
If you only want to play in Friday night's Coleco U.S. Open, cost is $50. However, if you want to play in both events and pay for Stiga in advance, cost is just $20 for Coleco.
No matter what the entry fee is, if you pay at the door or after July 20 or at the door, there is a $15 late charge. This is to avoid having to collect a large amount of cash on tournament day and because booking the venue and buying trophies, medals, parts for the games, etc. takes up-front money. If you pay ahead of time but later have to cancel, we will refund your money, provided you give us notice by 7 a.m. the day of the tournament. All prices are in US dollars.
